At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn swimwear and apparel with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and hygiene seals are still attached and undamaged.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
